Instructions:
The bra can fit up to an F cup, so simply trim the bra down where necessary. Please make sure the skin is clean, dry and free from any oil, cream or moisturisers before applying. When you know where you wouldl ike the bra to sit, remove the adhesive protector. Smooth the bra down to the skin starting from the bottom, middle section and working outward.

When you want you take them off, simply peel away. If you feel discomfort when removing the bra, soak the whole area with soapy water to ease removal. DIspose of in normal household waste.
